ABOUT THE PROJECT

A Vision with Purpose

Everwood Reserve Assisted Living Community, founded by Andrea and Aaron Ameen, was created to elevate senior care, combining the warmth and care found in smaller assisted living homes or in-home care while also offering the desirable amenities found in larger facilities.

From the ground up, Everwood Reserve is designed and purpose-built specifically for memory care. Every last detail is built to support a higher quality of life for your loved ones.

Construction is underway, and energy is high at the site. With the ground-breaking completed, we have officially entered the foundation & excavation phase. Every day, this facility moves closer to the moment it will open its doors and begin its true purpose: delivering exceptional care.

Our construction team led by Boatman Construction LLC operates on a carefully managed schedule with weekly site reviews, independent inspector sign-offs, and full documentation provided to our investor community. Below is a live overview of each construction phase and its completion status.

Pre‑Construction & Design

Teams were selected, design reviews ensured compliance, budget validated, and contract with schedule incentives locked in before any site work began.

PHASE 2 – COMPLETED

Permitting, Financing & Selections

Permits secured with pre‑calculated fees and early official coordination. SBA loan documents substantiated in detail, and all owner finish selections were locked early to protect the schedule.

PHASE 3 – COMPLETED

Mobilization & Site Work (Ground Breaking)

Contractor mobilised on site, marking official ground breaking. Submittal reviews commenced, the site was cleared, graded, and fitted with drainage, paving, and utility service points. Building A’s footprint was fully prepared for foundations.

PHASE 4 – COMPLETED

Foundations & Underground

Underground plumbing, electrical conduit, and the slab‑on‑grade foundation were installed, inspected, and approved. The irreversible underground work provided a solid base for vertical construction.

Framing & Enclosure

Wood framing, roof sheathing, and the exterior shell including windows and doors were erected. All structural dimensions were verified against the plans before MEP systems were routed into the walls.

PHASE 6 – IN PROGRESS

Rough‑in (MEP)

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are being installed inside the open walls. Rough‑in is 54% complete with active submittal and RFI management ensuring all equipment and layouts are correct before drywall closes them in.

PHASE 7 – PLANNED

Finishes (First‑In‑Place & Interior Finishing)

A first‑in‑place room will set the quality benchmark. Following approval, drywall, paint, flooring, tile, and trim will be installed throughout Building A.

FF&E, Closeout & Occupancy

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment will be installed and commissioned. Final inspections, punch list, ALF licensing, and certificate of occupancy will mark the start of operations.
