Everwood Reserve is a luxury assisted living and memory care community in development on Medical Complex Drive in Tomball’s growing medical corridor. Construction will begin in late 2025, with opening planned for late 2026.

The project represents an $8.4 million investment into compassionate senior living, featuring two 10,200-square-foot residences across seven acres of land. Each home will include 16 private suites with full bathrooms, blending the familiarity of a residence with the comfort and dignity of a boutique care environment.

“When we envisioned Everwood Reserve, we didn’t start with floor plans — we started with people,” says Andrea Ameen, Co-Founder. “Our goal was to create a space where every resident feels known, respected, and at home. This isn’t just care. It’s community.”

The property’s design draws inspiration from the Memory Care Mansion™ model developed by Brett Chotkevys, whose previous projects have redefined senior care in Texas. Now serving as a strategic advisor and partner, Brett collaborates with our team of architects and wellness specialists to integrate evidence-based design and holistic wellness into every detail.

Everwood Reserve is privately developed but intentionally community-minded. In partnership with the Tomball Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), we’re receiving a $54,102 reimbursement grant to enhance infrastructure, including improved drainage, water, and ADA-compliant systems.

Altogether, over $830,000 in site improvements will strengthen the surrounding area. In turn, Everwood Reserve will create 26 new full-time jobs and commit to operating for at least five years, supporting Tomball’s expanding healthcare and service economy.

Each Everwood Reserve home is designed around an intimate scale, just sixteen residents per home, supported by dedicated caregivers who know every individual by name.

Everwood Reserve will also apply Teepa Snow’s award winning Positive Approach to Care® methodology, with all staff completing mandatory dementia & Alzheimer’s training.
